How Rust Coast Works

  1. Cameras and small IoT computers are mounted at factory stations
  2. Rust Coast AI is run over each image, finding defects and comparing against the spec in real-time. Measurements are accurate to within ⅛".
  3. Anything out of spec is flagged while the piece is still at the station, where it can still be repaired or pulled before more work goes into it
  4. Photos and measurements are uploaded to the cloud, analytics are run, and alerts are sent out to people who can help fix the issue
  5. Data is synced directly into your own data lake and integrated with your systems
