Eyes on every garment.

Catch defects at every step of construction - starting with measurements

100%
of garments measured. The typical sample rate is 2.5%.
⅛"
measurement accuracy. Manual measurements vary by ¼" to ½".
Real time
visibility across every factory and supplier.

Our solution

  1. Cameras and small IoT computers mount at the stations you already have. Minimal process change.
  2. Vector AI is run over the image, finding defects and comparing against the spec in real-time. Accurate to within ⅛".
  3. Anything out of spec is flagged while the piece is still at the station, so it gets reworked instead of packed.
  4. Every photo and measurement uploads in real time. Deeper defect detection and analytics run in the cloud.
  5. When a defect starts repeating, an alert goes out. You find out that day, not five months later.
  6. Data is synced directly into your own data lake and integrated with your systems

A Photographic History of Every Garment

When every piece is photographed and measured at each step, a defect stops being a mystery. You can see exactly where in the process a garment went out of spec: it was in spec at cutting, measurements were as expected after sewing. But at one factory, it's too small after the wash. Caught while it can still be fixed.

The same record adds up to a digital product passport: dated photos and measurements for every unit, from first cut to the shipping box.

Your Data, in Your Lake

Vector Manufacturing runs on the Rust Coast Data Platform, and nothing gets trapped in our dashboards. Inspection data lands in your own lakehouse as tables your data team can query and build on. Databricks today; Snowflake, Azure Fabric, and a direct API are on the roadmap.
